Does KBS World have english subtitles?

I've been looking into getting Dish TV and there is a package for 20 dollars a month and it includes KBS World. Does KBS world have english subtitles on it's shows? And if so is it set that it is already subbed or do you have to press a button of some sort or tell them while you order it that you would like that? Also does anyone know if this is also available on Direct TV? How do you go about ordering these things? Also does the region you live in affect this? I'm from Texas but I wouldn't think it would affect anything? Also do they show dramas on this channel?
