Guys: why would you tell a girl about how you're never going near your ex again?

hes still not completely over her. he still has feeling for her. they may be negative feelings but it shows shes still in his mind somewhere. i feel no type of care or concern for any of my ex's, even if they did cheat on me or w/e, i just dont care anymore b/c im over them. no feelings (good or bad) for them at all anymore
