Old friends started talking again. i like him..a lot..?

Hey. Me and this guy stopped talking for 2 years. When we were friends we liked eachother. Well now we are talking again and getting to know eachother. I like him a lot. The first day we started talking his ex added me on Facebook and that same min he texted me saying she's creeping on you because she is jealous and saw us texting. Why would she be jealous unless he said something? Does he likd me? I'm so confused.. How do I get him to feel that same way about me.. What should I do? Help?! Any advice. Ill take it and ill return the favor. :) thanks SL much. Btw if it helps I told him what happened with my ex and he said so your single now? And we both are. Idk if that means anything.
