Would you let your 14 year old..?

Not at 14. I have one and my daughter will not be allowed to get one until 16 at the earliest (and she would have to pay for it herself) I didn't get any piercings or tattoos done until I was in my 20's. I don't believe piercings/tattoos make a person slutty just the way they act.
