I am 13 and i really want a boyfriend but cant seem to get one!?

I am a mixed complection (mom's black, dad's white) and i have some pimples on my forehead. You cant really notice them though.I always get embarrased when everyone is talking about acne, periods, and boobs because i have some acne, havent had my period (even though i weigh 105 lbs), and i have small boobs (32a).my mom also doesnt want me to wear a padded bra because she thinks it makes my boobs look to big but it doesnt and i feel like a baby wearing a non-padded bra because all of the girls at my school wear padded bras. i think these are the reasons why i dont have a boyfriend. there is this one person at school though that i really like and i really want to get his attention. its summer vacation and when i go back to school (will be in 8th grade) i really want to be a girl that all the guys like. i really dont care what i have to do just to get a boyfriend. i just am really desperate. i dont care if i have to b a sl ut or whatever. and 1 more thing, when you get your period do your boobs get bigger cuz i have heard that and i have taken those period quizes and all of them say that i wil get my period in 1 month. (please no answers like: you are to young and stuff)
