What is your opinion?

My brother is in jail because he had s*x with a 14 year old while he was 17. He broke up with the girl to avoid being sentenced in court. They agreed to stay friends but he was dating this other girl and about a month later he was engaged to that other girl. The first girl got mad and revealed to the police that they had s*x. The police took him in and he has been there for 1 year already. Anyone who has met or known this girl should know that she is a sl**(excuse my language)she is even pregnant now and has been letting her parents deal with the lawsuit while she goes and does what she does best(I think you can guess what that is)my brothers fianc�e has left him now because of the situation he's in. she has an ex-boyfriend that has been abusing her and keeps doing that now because my brother used to protect her from him but hes in jail now. Do you think he deserves to be where he's at or do you think the girl that put him in this position should receive some kind of punishment for her reckless self?(thank you all that have actually read and answered this in a Polite way but with also sharing your true opinions)
