How much would this car be worth?

I have acquired a 2000 Saturn SL with 80k miles, manual. We were going to resell it for $1000 but when we test drove it, we discovered it has no power steering, it's an economy model so it was built that way. Will someone pay $1000 without power steering? Or should we install power steering for that price?
