How unfair ,....ICC was since they already knew,...SL cricketer Tharanga hadn't deliberately taken any drug?

I think the only reason Tharanga didn't get a lengthy ban was due to his previous conduct & maybe known illness too but they have to set an example as well, as every player who is caught, says that it wasn't intentional and if he is caught again then he will face a harsher ban, I think 3 months ban is just a warning for Tharanga & others, not to indulge whether or not intentional, remember Warne, he was thrown out of d ongoing W.C. & was banned for a year too, so its not too bad for Tharanga !!
