I need relationship advice ! :(?

Please, serious answers. I have asked elsewhere and been called "sick" "sl*t" "w**re" etc. I am 17 years old, and my relationship with my partner of 1 year and 9 months recently ended (for stupid reasons). This is upsetting enough, but - about two hours before he broke up with me I found out that I was pregnant to him. I went around to see him so that I could tell him, but when I got there he told me he needed to talk to me - breaking up with me. So I never did tell him.. But now I have no idea what to do. I wish I could just move on but that will be impossible now that I have a part of him with me all the time. Please help?
