On progression in lifting, should I add 5 lbs or 10 lbs per week (workout)?
5x5. I was doing SL 5x5 but I am now considering "Faleev’s 80/20 Routine" which is the same, but has a different split and adds 10 lbs per week (heavy workout day) rather than just 5 lbs per workout (3x a week on SL)
