Question about sex and other things?

im 16, ever since i was around 9 ive constantly been horny and started masterbating at that age. when i was around 4 til i was 8 my uncle use to do "sexual" things to me i was always affraid to tell anyone because i thought it was my fault and i was a sl*t, i still havent told because i'm scared? it was a long time ago and i really don't know how to bring it up to anyone.. ever since i was 11 i learned what he did was completely wrong and disgusting so ive kept my distance from him and would never speak to him. i really want to tell someone but how? please help? i never want to visit my grandmother because i cant when hes there... i feel like he took something away i cant get back? and it still effects me til this day..
