:S i dunno..I have been in the situation a gazillion time..and my advice to u is that if she truly DID want to hang out, she would make it a point to convey that message to u. Girls might just be saying they want to hang out on a friendly basis, or may say it so as to not hurt u. If they truly wanted to hang out they would make it clear. Im a girl, and i am saying this from my experience...goodluck
