If she's not a good friend why do i miss her?

i have this friend and sometimes she nice and fun and caring but she has this issue.She doesn't like it when her friends are friends with each other and will attempt to break them apart and criticizes people she doesn't even know ,It really bothers me and the other day we got in a fight (like a verbal one) because she was trying to cause in issue w/ me and my best friend hannah (who's her friend) saying that i didn't want her and hannah to be friends when i never said that trying to cause a fight between us because her and hannah just became friends again after their fight and like i told you she doesn't like her friends being friends.I miss being her friend because she's the one that always answers my texts and fun and energetic but when she's mad at someone she is really mad like one time in decemeber when i was mad her she called me a "dumb a** blonde b**** and even told me to drop dead in several occasions during that fight when i was just trying to walk away from her and be like okay alexis whatever " I like being her friend but i don't feel like she always is a real friend because she even calls her best friend a whore and a sl**. I wanna be her friend again but i don't want our friendship to be like it was where she trys to start issues and drama with me and my friends what should i say to her?.Please be polite thanks for the answersss(:
