Obesity's Relation to Temperature Preference?

I would post this under the "health" category. Just from my observation, obese people sweat easily and get hot because it is a lot of work to carry around an extra 60 to 100 lb. and prefer the temps to be cooler. (I grew up in Louisiana; the humidity is hard on obese people as well.)
